Our practice in Municipal Law began in 1955.  Since our firm’s formation over 60 years ago, we have maintained a deep commitment to helping guide New Hampshire’s towns through the most complex of legal issues.  From basic legal questions and guidance to contract disputes and litigation, our firm has taken on every legal issue your town is likely to face.  We provide services on employment law issues, the Affordable Care Act, zoning and subdivision law, municipal charters, ordinances, civil rights, and a multitude of other issues.
