Our attorneys have extensive experience in labor law, collective bargaining and advising clients on labor relations and union matters. In fact, following the passage of the Public Employee Public Employee Labor Relations Law (RSA 273-A) in 1975, this firm has been at the forefront of representing New Hampshire towns and school districts in collective bargaining negotiations and in cases before the Public Employee Labor Relations Board (PELRB). This includes providing advice and counsel to management on union organizing drives and representation petitions, negotiation of initial and successor collective bargaining agreements, including representation in mediation and fact-finding when necessary, and representation in grievance arbitrations and unfair labor practice complaints and hearings.
